The purpose of this workshop is to help students towards gaining a researcher’s perspective on Mathematics and Sciences, through lectures and interactions with researchers. A substantial part of the science course will focus on helping the students to conduct experiments. Subjects like electricity and magnetism will be introduced through simple experiments. In Mathematics, topics like combinatorics, number theory and geometry will be introduced at the basic level with demonstrations and examples.
